7th Annual Dragonfly Transplant Fund Golf Outing & Fundraiser

THANK YOU to everyone who attended our golf outing on Friday, August 16th at Blue Top Ridge Golf Course in Riverside, Iowa! We are happy to announce that we have raised over $65,000 at our 2024 golf outing.

About the Golf Outing

Nearly a decade ago, the Dragonfly Transplant Fund began fundraising with a small golf outing in Eastern Iowa. Volunteer organizers hosted just 38 golfers and raised $5,500. Through this annual fundraising tradition, the golf outing has grown to over 100 golfers. We are proud to have raised over $265,000 for the Dragonfly Transplant Fund with the University of Iowa Center for Advancement

We are so happy that we were able  to celebrate our 7th year of this fundraiser in 2024! Our volunteers are especially thankful for all of YOU, our supporters, and their continued cheerleading. We have been working hard to support transplant nurses as well as patients, their families, and their caregivers at the UIHC Transplant Center. With your continued support, we are one step closer to our ultimate goal of creating an in-person resource center and lounge for the transplant community at UIHC Transplant Center.
